Ellora is licensed as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master’s degree in Drama Therapy from Concordia University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto.

Ellora provides individual and group therapy to individuals across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, addiction, relational challenges, and issues of self-worth. She has worked in both private practice and clinical settings, including community mental health centres and substance use rehabilitation programs. Her past work includes trauma-informed care with refugee and newcomer populations, neurodivergent adults, and individuals in addiction recovery. In addition to her clinical work, Ellora has contributed to cross-cultural therapy research at Concordia University and supported therapeutic programming for children, adolescents, and parents.

Her approach integrates creative arts therapy, somatic techniques, psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and a client-centered approach. She combines trauma-informed verbal and non-verbal methods to help clients navigate their emotions, access insight, and build resilience as they move toward their goals.

Ellora builds strong therapeutic relationships rooted in safety, curiosity, and trust and strives to create space for each client’s full self to be seen, supported, and empowered.

She is currently supervised in practice by Jessica Bleuer and is in the final stage of registration as a licensed Registered Psychotherapist.
