Adult Creative Arts Therapy Group

Teen Creative Arts Therapy Group

This group is designed for adolescents navigating the emotional complexity of identity formation, social pressure, anxiety, and change. Through creative expression, movement, storytelling, and role exploration, teens are supported in making sense of their internal world, building confidence, and connecting with peers in an authentic and supportive space.
